Custom tracking domain

Why customize

Default links use https://track.xurel.co. A branded host (e.g. click.yourdomain.com) improves trust and deliverability alignment.

Setup

  1. Choose a subdomain not used for anything else.
  2. Create a CNAME to Xurel’s tracking target (shown in the dashboard).
  3. Set trackingSubdomain via PATCH /v1/domains/{id}.
  4. Enable openTracking / clickTracking as needed.
