Mailbox admin

Tenant admins manage mailboxes from Dashboard › Mailboxes.

Create a mailbox

1. Verify the domain (same DNS as Email API).
2. Open Dashboard › Mailboxes › New mailbox.
3. Choose local-part + domain, set display name, generate a temporary password.
4. Share credentials with the user; they sign in at xurelmail.co and change password.

Seats & billing

Mailbox seats are billed in USD on the tenant subscription (dashboard billing: card by default, or PayPal). Free and paid plans include a seat allotment; extra seats can be added per plan limits.

Groups & aliases

Create distribution groups (e.g. team@yourdomain.com) that expand to member mailboxes. Aliases map additional addresses onto a primary mailbox.
